Daylight photography includes interior and exterior photos. HDR (High Dynamic Range) techniques are used in the making of the photos which are then professionally hand edited to bring out their best qualities.
What is HDR Photography? Multiple photos are taken of the subject with each one having a different exposure, varying from bright to dark. The software combines these multiple images into one, capturing the highlights and shadows of the scene.
Twilight Photography
Photography that is done during the Blue hour (after sunset-the last of the remaing visible light).
Starting with a photo of a vacant room, furniture and decor is added to the photo to create a realistic rendition of a staged room. Making it easier for the buyers to visualize what is possible.
To use a Before/After slider; click on the white circle with the Left and Right arrows. Drag your mouse left or right to see each image.
Day to Dusk Effects
By using professional editing tools, the original daylight photo is altered. Digital ‘lighting’ is added to the windows and to any outside landscape lamp fixtures. The sky is replaced with a twilight sky, and finally, shading is added to complete the transformation. The results are photos that draw attention when seen on an MLS page of many, similar looking thumbnails-this one gets noticed.
A new sky can make for a more dramatic photo. Try ‘replacing’ the skies in the 4 ‘before/after’ slider images below and see if you notice a difference between the 2 images.
